  1. Eligibility:
    The referral scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Referrers must be existing or prospective customers of Shutters By Design Ltd.
  2. Referral Reward:
    Both the referrer and their referred friend will receive a £25 M&S gift card once the referred friend places a qualifying order.
  3. Qualifying Order:
    To qualify for the gift card, the referred friend’s order must have a minimum value of £500.00 (including VAT, excluding any delivery or installation charges).
  4. How to Refer:
    • Scan the QR code or visit the referral page.
    • Fill in your details along with the referred friend’s email address.
    • There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.
  1. Issuing Gift Cards:
    • Gift cards will be issued by email within 30 days of the qualifying order being placed and confirmed.
    • Shutters By Design Ltd reserves the right to verify qualifying purchases before issuing any rewards.
  1. Abuse of Scheme:
    Any fraudulent or abusive activity (including self-referrals or fake contacts) will result in disqualification from the scheme.
  2. Changes & Termination:
    Shutters By Design Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
  3. Privacy:
    Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the referred person’s permission to share their details.
